Islam is the second most popular religion in the world. It has over a thousand million followers. Islam is the second most popular world religion with over a billion followers. Some people think of Islam as a complete way of life, which it is. But Islam is also a world religion.
A Muslim is the name of a follower of the religion of Islam. Muslims believe that there is only one God, Allah, who created everything and who rules the universe and everything in it. There is only Allah.
All Muslims must be obedient to Allah's will, or God's will.
So, what is God's or Allah's will? What do Muslims believe?

Muslims first of all believe in Allah as the one and only God. If you do not believe that Allah rules the universe, you are not a Muslim.

Muslims believe in angels.

Muslims believe in their holy books.

Muslims believe in special massagers from Allah, or prophets. Abraham was a prophet. Moses, David, and Jesus were prophets. The last prophet was Muhammad, whose teachings in their holy books must be obeyed.

Muslims believe in the Day of Judgment, the day when the life of every human being will be judged and assigned to either heaven or hell.

Muslims believe in predestination, that Allah has already decided what will happen in the future, although they do believe people can make free choices, although they best be careful in case they are the wrong choices, and end up in hell.
